Atlantic Trailer & Tractor receives hundreds of requests for charitable donations each year. Unfortunately, we cannot respond favorably to every request. To manage our contributions and provide support to as many worthy causes as possible, Atlantic Trailer & Tractor has developed the following guidelines.

Donation Guidelines
- We ask for at least 30 days’ notice of any donation request. Donations are handled on a first come first service basis.
- We can only consider donation requests submitted on this form. We cannot handle requests by phone or at the counter.
- Donations do not include delivery or set up unless agreed upon previously. Your organization should arrange for pickup & return of all equipment.
- Pickup and Returns will be during regular business hours.

Eligibility Requirements
Applications must include the following information
- Charitable registered number
- A brief history of your non-profit organization, its purpose, and the significance of its work.
- Who benefits from it and the geographic area it services.
- Description of project or program for which funding/donations are sought.
- Description of what the funds raised will be used for.
- Has Atlantic Trailer & Tractor donated to your organization previously?
- How will Atlantic Trailer & Tractor be recognized for its contribution?
